Modern 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment set back away from the road so it's nice and quiet. About the room: You'll have your own small but sunny private balcony! Great aircon and heating to keep you warm and you'll be sharing one of the bathrooms with another girl. Room comes with double bed, plenty of storage, and office desk/chair. The price has been reduced from $330 to $250 because of some issues with one of the walls. There is no mould, just the paint needs to be fixed. Great deal if you are staying for a couple of weeks! The flat comes with washing machine/dryer/dishwasher Tv with Netflix/Disney
