Huge one bedroom apartment in a secure building in Randwick, available for short term rent while we travel home for a bit😊🇮🇪 (there is a small box room but we will be using that to store our clothes etc, hence why we are advertising as a 1 bedroom!) Wifi and bills included✅ Our unit has air conditioning throughout, a large balcony with BBQ, washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has built in wardrobes and TV with chromecast. Open plan kitchen/living room has a large very comfortable corner sofa, dining table and chairs, gas cooker, air fryer, dishwasher, smart TV with chromecast, and all the equipment one might need to set up a good wine and cheese board! 🍷🧀 Location: -across the road from randwick shopping centre -tonnes of restaurants, cafes and pubs 2-10 minute walk from the building -light rail 3/4 minute walk -several bus stops at doorstep -POW hospital campus and the spot in randwick 10 minute walk -coogee Beach 5 minute drive or 20 min walk It's the perfect spot, close to busy randwick, but just off the main road so the apartment itself is quiet with no street noise or traffic😎 Parking space included and visitor parking available🚙 Dates can be flexible if needed😊

We love our apartment and would like a respectful couple, single person, or friends to mind the place for us while we are away. Would like someone who will treat the place like their own and keep it clean and tidy😁 Unfortunately our apartment is pet free so cannot have anyone with pets.
