SHORT TERM RENTAL | 2 MONTHS 1 bedroom apartment + ☀️ room + study/office Fully furnished 📍Bondi Junction I’m going overseas and will be subletting my apartment for a couple of months. 👫 The place is perfect for a couple or an individual who is WFH or simply enjoys a bit of extra space. Also suitable for family/friends visiting from overseas. 📍Perfect location: 5 mins walk to Bondi junction Westfield (Woolies, Coles, Harris Farm, Aldi) and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Bondi Beach is a leisurely 30 minute walk away (through leafy Bondi) or if you want to take the bus, there’s a bus stop just 30m outside taking you straight down to the beach (5 min bus ride). 🗓 Dates: 17th August - 22nd October (Flexible move in dates but ideally I’d like someone to stay for the entire period) 💰Option 1: $560 pw for the entire apartment Option 2: $510 pw for the apartment minus the study/office which I’ll use for storage. All bills included. 🏠 Features: • fully furnished • 1 master bedroom with massive built-in wardrobe • fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, small dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave etc) • external laundry with own washing machine (in backyard) • backyard with clothesline to dry your clothes • super convenient location • extra room fully set up for WFH (desk, chair, and I can leave my keyboard, screen etc) • timber floors and high ceilings • quiet house & lovely neighbours

Who Kat is looking for

Someone clean, tidy and respectful :) Ideally someone who will take care of the place just as if it was their own. Non-smoker, no pets and no parties. Couple or individual. Plant lover preferred but not essential :)
