About the Room

Singles weekly rent: $290 Couples weekly rent: $350 Bills for the month: $50 The house is a 4 bedroom terrace house 10 mins walk to Redfern and 15 min walk to Newtown and just across the road from USYD. The large furnished master bedroom is available from the 6th of August until the 2nd of September. The room has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and plenty of other storage as well as its own private balcony attached. You'll be sharing the house with 3 young, musically inclined fellas and a 10 year old dog named Molly who absolutely loves a cuddle. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down stairs, you'll be in the main upstairs sharing the bathroom up there with 2 of the housemates while there's another bathroom downstairs. There's a small courtyard out the back for entertaining. The laundry has a washer and dryer, kitchen has all the basics and we recently added an air fryer to the artillery. The tv has all the streaming services as well as free to air. Dates are flexible in between the availability dates but the full month would be preferred.

Who you'll be living with

You'll be staying with 3 young guys all 25 years old. Jye, Lachlan and Brandon. And a 10 year dog named Molly. All the boys play various musical instruments and are often out at gigs on the weekends but all work early during the week so weeknights a fairly tame though they don't mind sitting down together binging on a different series every week, chatting over dinner or having a drink together.

Who Ciara is looking for

There is no gender preference at all, couples are welcome at $350 a week. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed. The house is lgbtqi+ friendly. We are looking for someone who is respectful of quiet times during the week but also keen to stop for a chat in the kitchen or over a beer on the weekends.
