We have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment to sublet while we head back home for a holiday. Its a 3 minute walk from Coogee beach near Coogee Oval. Really bright, spacious and sunny apartment. 2 large double rooms with slide robes, large kitchen/ living space, one bathroom and a balcony with ocean views. As we are struggling to fill our two bed apartment we have reduced the price from 800 to 550 and will lease as a one bed apartment. You will have the whole place. Available from the 26th of July until the 14th of August. Dates could be flexible.
