Hello :) my partner and I are going away for a month and are looking for someone lovely to sublet it to for a few weeks. It is a two bedroom apt/1 bathroom. The room is large and fully furnished with fitted wardrobes. We have bifolding doors from the bedroom onto the balcony. The apartment is a recently refurbished art deco building and we have spent a lot of time and effort to make it our home! You will be living with our absolutely amazing house mate, Nicole. She works as a voice over artist and has a home studio. Looking for someone respectful, kind and most importantly tidy! I acknowledge that the rent is a little pricey- the apartment is worth it though :) we normally pay more (600) but we would be happy to negotiate a weekly price for the right person. Price includes all bills- NBN Wifi, Netflix, Disney + etc. Free street parking too!
Who Catherine is looking for
Looking for someone who doesn't mind keeping the party elsewhere rather than bringing it back to the apartment. Someone kind and easy going but most importantly clean/tidy!
