Sun-filled, beach side apartment available this august/september! I am looking to sublet this full apartment while I will be away. It has one bedroom, one bathroom/laundry, kitchen and living area with a space to work from home. The location is ideal, only 3mins walk away from Coogee Beach and you are right next to Woolworths and all of the restaurants on Coogee Bay Road. It is such a gorgeous beach pad, you will really love your time here! The dates are fixed, but could be a little flexible, give or take a day.
