About the Place

My apartment is a beach-style one bedroom ground floor unit, 300m stroll to North Bondi beach. Although it’s on the Military road, it’s very quiet because the bedroom is at the back of the building. My kitchen has all the cooking gadgets you ever need- microwave, oven, air fryer, slow cooker, high power blender, small nutri-bullet style blender and nespresso coffee machine. It also has reverse osmosis alkalizing water filter. Living room has a smart TV and a heater. Bedroom has a queen size bed and a big built in mirrored wardrobe. Bathroom has both shower with filter and bath tub. There’s a laundry inside the apartment with a brand new washing machine and a dryer. You can use my unlimited WiFi. There’s a possibility I’ll stay in Europe a couple of weeks longer. The listed dates are the minimum time the apartment is available.

Who Veronika is looking for

I’m looking for someone clean and not a party animal. The building has only 12 units and I have a good relationship with all neighbours. They are mostly in their 30-40s and no kids so they are reasonable but any huge partying at night would not be cool. Cleanliness and a normal decency are my top priorities.
