About the Room
Spacious Room available in a cute three bed apartment right in the heart of Coogee. Only steps always from Coogee Pavilion and the Beach! Top floor, sunny and bright apartment with balcony off the living area. About a 5 min walk down to Woolies and 2 min walk to buses. Queen sized, furnished room available. No dog living at property. Room set up is a vibe, with a posturepedic mattress and a huge mounted TV, perfect to relax in privacy. Rent is $300 a week. Bathroom is great too, also has a bathtub! Living with two of the greatest roomates! We are a little family, all of us being in our late 20s. You’ll be with people who are extremely friendly, considerate and welcoming. They will probably feed you 24/7 too! They are tidy & respectful and always down for a good laugh! Room is available from the 30th of June until the 11th of July as I will be going overseas for this time period. Flexible on dates so let me know if you would like a shorter or longer stay.
