The bathroom has a separate shower (just hard to get a photo of the full setup). Fully furnished with everything you need to live... - Wifi and electricity included - Smart TV to Chromecast any streaming services -Fully stocked kitchen with tons of kitchen equipment (I like to cook a lot) -Shower & bath -Washing machine and dryer -Balcony -Home office including office chair, desktop screen, and printer all for your use A 15-minute walk down to Bondi Beach, 15 minutes to Bondi Junction, and 5 minutes to two different bus stops. Super central location. I am going overseas for just over 2 months so looking for someone clean and trustworthy to sublet while I'm away (& water my plants). Thank you!

Who Saskia is looking for

Young professionals, clean, and responsible. My building is really quiet and my apartment feels like a little sanctuary. I really care about the space and only recently moved in here by myself so most items in the apartment are relatively new :) I hope whoever stays here can enjoy the space as much as I do, as well as the area! Truly so special to live super close to the water. I walk the Bondi to Bronte walk a few times a week - highlight of this area for sure!
