Located 2 min from Central and 3 min from Crown Street, my room is convenient, open, and perfect for working from home or having mates over. My room has a desk for working, big windows to overlook Surry Hills, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite. My apartment has a big dining table perfect for hosting friends, a kitchen with most appliances, a washing machine, a dryer, and a shoe closet. Additionally, I've got a rooftop pool with a beautiful city view and a common area.

Who you'll be living with

I live with one roommate, David, who is a lovely kiwi bloke that is friendly and social. He's often in and out as he sometimes lives with his girlfriend. He's one of my best mates and is also a law student! He's really receptive to feedback and is always down for a good chat. I value open and direct communication so we've worked hard at our house rules and boundaries which I hope you can also respect :).

I'm looking for someone clean, chill, and responsible! I'd love to share my place with someone that is respectful of the shared space and room but can also enjoy the area and make the most out of living in the city.
