About the Place
My partner and I are travelling home to the UK for 4 weeks, and our 2 bedroom rooftop apartment will be available. We have 2 bathrooms(both showers), a spacious living room, kitchen/dining area dishwasher, large balcony, BBQ, sun loungers and outdoor seating area included. TV’s located in both the living area and in the master bedroom. Our laundry room has both a washing machine and dryer. AC available throughout the apartment. The facilities include an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna! The apartment rooftop garden is also located on our level. Woolworths Metro/BWS is 1 minute walk. Bus stop just outside the building and Green Square train station is a short walk away. We currently use the 2nd bedroom as a study area but if you would prefer to use both rooms we can arrange for a bed in this room. $630 for one bedroom. $730 with second bedroom.
Who Jennifer is looking for
We are looking for either two people/ or a couple and a friend / who are clean, tidy and will look after our home whist we are away. No pets or smoking please :)
