About the Place
The apartment is 2 bed (the spare room is being used as an office but can fit a double blow up bed if needed), one bathroom, with a balcony and laundry room. Car space in the garage if needed. Located in Randwick just off the high street (Belmore Road) near to Coles and Woolies. 5 minutes to light rail and 10-15 min walk down to Coogee Beach. All amenities are there - BBQ, fan/heater, Wi-Fi, and Netflix etc 🤓 We have three little fish that need a tiny bit of food every few days 🐠
Who Abigail is looking for
A clean and tidy couple or friends who may like to spend some time close to the beach or have a bbq on the sunny balcony. Someone who is able to water the plants once a week and feed the fish every few days :)
