About the Place
Our place is a one bedroom ground floor apartment with lots of character and charm set in the heart of Bondi Beach. It features a modern kitchen and bathroom, a large bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobes and an adjacent sunroom which is currently being used as an office and for storage. The block itself is very quiet, with lovely and respectable neighbours. There is a communal seating area at the front of the building which is available to all residents. The unit is only a short 5 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw from local cafes, restaurants and bars. No pets or parties.
