About the Place

Hello! I have a sunny 4.3 x 3.1m semi-furnished bedroom up for grabs in a lovely apartment opposite Queens Park in Randwick. The room has: - Big windows that open with plantation shutters - Double sliding wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors. - A double bed (feel free to BYO mattress if the one currently there is too firm) - A desk and shelving unit - Lots of spare space to make it your own. Rent covers the room + bills! The rest of the apartment is a lovely place to be - there's a nice modern kitchen with a new fridge, gas cooker, oven and dishwasher. The balcony off the kitchen gets a lot of sun all day round and is particularly nice for an afternoon bevvy. Brand new telly with Netflix etc built in that you're welcome to use.

Who Elliot is looking for

Looking for someone nice and chill who appreciates a clean space. I think a similar routine would work best as well, so someone working full time (can be WFH of course). I work pretty long hours sometimes and love wind-down time doing nothing, so not too keen on having large groups of people over for parties - but defs keen for a few bevs on the balcony if you're into that. Bonus points if you work in a creative field ahah - would be cool to vibe off each other.
