Hey. I have a room available to rent for 10 weeks mid-June to mid-August in my unit in Kingsford. It’s in a 2-bedroom apartment with built-in wardrobes, air con in each room, an open plan living/ dining area and kitchen & a balcony. The unit is quiet with plenty of natural light. The apartment is fully furnished. The room has a queen bed, desk, computer monitor & printer set up & plenty of storage 🙂 The apartment is located in Kingsford, on the corner of Anzac Parade and Gardeners Road so there are plenty of bus routes into the City, Bondi Junction and eastern suburbs beaches. The tram line is also a 2 min walk.
Who Caoimhe is looking for
Looking for someone that will be respectful of the apartment, clean, & that is willing to stay the full 10 weeks. Preferably a reliable, working professional 😊
