My flat is 5 minute walk from Bondi junction, eye shot of Westfield. It’s in a quiet apartment block with about 7 other units mainly elderly, Middle Aged and young professionals. It’s a bright flat with a large double bedroom, study, large lounge with seperate kitchen and bathroom. High speed Wifi and WFH appropriate. Street parking.

The neighbours are all either young professionals or older tenants so are very quiet. A nearby friend will have a spare key for emergencies.
