Hi guys, we are hoping to sublet our cosy Zetland home over the busy Christmas 2022 period. This would be perfect for anyone who may have their parents or family members coming to visit and need somewhere for them to stay. Or even for a new arrival(s) and don’t fancy spending Christmas time in a hostel or on someone else’s couch bed. We love our home and know you will to. Our balcony faces north-west, and therefore receives sunlight throughout the whole afternoon - perfect for bbq’s or even lounging on our patio chairs. With a lovely skyline city view, and a 10 second walk to a basketball court and parkland area below you can also opt to relax or exercise outside. The property also comes with its own communal gym which has ample exercise machines and weights. There is also a indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
