Beautiful north-facing large bedroom w/wardrobe + kitchen + living area with shared bathroom. 350 per week Available October 4th-19 (2 weeks) Right in the heart of manly. 2-minute walk to Manly Wharf 2 minute walk to the Corso 1 minute walk to bus stop to the city and northern beaches A lovely roommate works from home a few times a week (Mon-Friday).
Who you'll be living with
My current housemate is lovely. She is in her late twenties and works from home 3-4 times a week. Loves to go for walks along the beach and have a glass of wine. Very friendly environment
Who Nicole is looking for
I am looking for someone who is responsible and not going to throw parties. My roommate works from home so would like someone to respect her space. All bills are included: wifi, electricity, gas. A very lovely place next to the beach.
