Description of the home ****I am looking for someone to rent out the ENTIRE apartment for 6 weeks - from October 11th > November 27th whilst I am away**** TOTAL RENT = $700 pw (cheaper than what I pay, but just need someone reliable in whilst I travel) The apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tamarama, only 5 minutes walk to the Tamarama beach, and 3 minutes to Bondi Road (with frequent buses to the city) - Perfect location for those wanting to live the eastern suburbs/beach lifestyle The apartment is fairly large, with the kitchen & dining room on one-side of the apartment, and the living room and sunroom/courtyard on the other side - perfect for flatmates, and means you’re not living on top of each other. It's a great house for entertaining, and fully decorated (except the unfurnished bedroom). I really love it here! The house is nicely decorated, sun filled throughout, with high ceilings, an abundance of plants & beautiful wooden floors across the whole house. It has a really nice & cozy and relaxed vibe to it! Both rooms are large enough for a King Bed, a Queen would be better suited for the smaller bedroom however. The large bedroom is furnished, the second bedroom comes unfurnished - + Lots of storage throughout the house
