About the Room
Amazing three story townhouse in the heart of Surry Hills. You couldn't find a better location if you tried. 5 minutes from central, 5 from Oxford street and on the corner of Crown / Foveaux where there are more bars and restaurants per square meter than you could possibly go to in a month. It's north facing and sunny with an outdoor garden, shared living space, big kitchen and 3 kick ass roommates. The room itself is north facing so it gets plenty of sunshine. There's also a private work space with a desk and monitor to work from if you enjoy WFH.
Who you'll be living with
A kiwi, an Aussie and a South African, name a better trio. The kiwi: moved to Sydney 6 months ago and is an incredible guitarist, loves a beer and a chat. The Aussie: the ideal housemate - always up for a laugh. The South African: if he cooks you one of his famous meals, I'm putting your rent up. Everyone is respectful, clean and not noisy
