About the Room
Will be sharing with 4 other people. We are all in our 20s and mostly studying and all working. I barely ever see other housemates as we all work completely different schedules, but we all get on when we do see each other and everyone is respectful. I’m going to Europe for a few weeks in September and am wanting to Rent out my room when I’m gone. It’s available from the 5th September until the 17th October. Bond is $500 which you will get back on receiving keys back and no damage on return. It’s in Marrickville very close to the Metro. Literally less than a 5 minute walk away. Fresh bedding quilts, pillows is included in room furnishing. Room has a heater and fan combo in. Bedroom door does lock if you want more privacy. All bills are included in rent. There’s a washer and dryer, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. No drive to park on but plenty of on street parking.
Who you'll be living with
4 housemates. We all have private rooms with locks on. 2 male 2 female All In our 20s. All very respectful but barely see each other because of our different schedules.

Open to anyone but preferably around a similar age. No couples unfortunately.
