Come live in this huge, light filled two bedroom, two bathroom apartment! With all amenities at your fingertips (huge apartment gym, multiple pools, sauna, hot tub) and an ideal location this place will surely satisfy all needs. Huge built in wardrobes in the rooms and your room in particular has a massive ensuite attached including both a bathtub and shower. Long balcony for any hosting needs including BBQ and access to balcony from the room as well. This place is cozy and homely with multiple cafes, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport stops all within 5 minute walking distance.
Who you'll be living with
Living with only 1 housemate named Sher - Mid twenties male who is very respectful and down for a laugh. Sher works simultaneously from office 3 times a week and WFH twice a week. Sher enjoys video games, getting some good food and having a few cheeky bevs. Sher also works for an alcohol company (in which, you may score some free drinks). Not a party house but welcome to have some friends over for a BBQ on the balcony or a good movie night.

Looking for anyone who is respectful, friendly and chilled. No preference to female or male and open to couples (with a slight higher rent increase to reflect inclusive bills).
