Hi everyone, I am looking to sublet my beautiful and modern one bedroom apartment right by the beach in Coogee for 5 weeks. From: Sunday 11 September To: Saturday 15 October Location: Set a couple of streets back from the beautiful Coogee beach on Carr St, this apartment is the ideal location for a local or visiting guest. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops (including a Woolies) all within a 5 minute walk. A bus stop across the road, which takes you directly to the city so it’s also super easy to get anywhere. Apartment: The one bedroom apartment is full of natural light and spacious with white modern interior throughout. It includes a comfy double bed, 2 couches, a large TV (including a Google Chrome cast), a built in desk that can be closed away at the end of the day. A balcony that overlooks a beautiful pool and green trees so very private. A kitchen with all the usual appliances and a bathroom with a bath, shower and washing and dryer machine. The apartment also has a selection of plants that just need to be watered every week. There is plenty of street parking outside. Cost: $555 per week inc bills Ideal person would be neat, tidy, clean and respectful. Open to males or females and couples. Happy for one small cat.
