About the Place
The house is close to Maroubra Junction and just a short walk from Pacific Square, where you can find good restaurants, cafes, Coles and Aldi. It is a 2-bedroom house, but the second room is used as an office and you can use it to work from home! (+ I have an electric drum kit that you can play around with and become a master in 6 weeks! 😜) You also have a driveway for parking in front of the house and plenty of parking on the street. It is a very quiet street too, which is great!
Who Mayra is looking for
It is not a party house, so we are looking for someone more chill and organised that can take care of the place as if it is their own. 🙂 It is ideal for someone that works from home as we have an office in the house too. No pets allowed, unfortunately!
