J Hi my name is jeronimo and I’m renting my double bed room from the 26/3 until the 21/4. The room is part of a 3 bedroom apartment, so you would be sharing with a couple (master bedroom with private bathroom) and my cousin ( whom you would have to share the other bathroom). The apartment comes fully furnished, with laundry and dryer. Luckily we also have a spacious balcony with a barbecue and a table to enjoy the fantastic view. In regards to the location, it’s meter’s away from the junction train station, Westfield mall, cafes and parks. Let me know if you are I treated, dates, bond and price are slightly negotiable. Who Jerónimo is looking for
I’m looking for a couple ideally, who fit the flat vibes and values we share within the original tenants. This are, being relaxed, clean, respectful of others but fun to hang around too. Someone who will take care of my space and have overall commonsense.
