About the Place
Hi all! My partner and I are renting our place from the 2nd of September to the 4th of October. We are looking for someone or a couple to rent our cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Manly during this period however can be flexible with dates. The apartment is fully furnished with a combined washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and all other kitchen appliances/everything needed for cooking and dining. The apartment is located on East Esplanade, across the road from the harbour and is only a few mins walk to Manly wharf, Manly beach, the Corso and Little Manly. The apartment is perfect for working from home with a sunroom/study setup complete with a monitor, speakers and an electric standing desk. Wifi is also very good. The apartment has 2 small courtyard areas which you can use to store surfboards, bikes etc. and also has a small barbeque which you are more than welcome to use. There is plenty of wardrobe space for 1 or 2 people with a huge built-in wardrobe and additional drawers. Price is negotiable.
