3 bed apartment with study. We were first to move into this meriton apartment 3 years ago so it is very clean and modern. 5 minutes drive to Maroubra beach and next door to Westfield eastgardens shopping center, which has buses and grocery stores etc. Pool, sauna, gym etc. Parking is optional. Garden accessable from the balcony.
Who you'll be living with
Two childhood friends friends from school in Co Armagh Ireland and one of their girlfriends from Co Sligo Ireland. The guys are both quantity and site surveyors and the girl is a child care nurse.
Who Padraig is looking for
Someone who is clean and friendly. Can enjoy a few sociable drinks. My flatmates are very friendly and enjoy a quite drink
